About Albatross Hosting :

Albatross Hosting is a small business that started off in 2002 as a small web design partnership made up of a number of freelancers. In more recent years we have offered hosting and domain registration services to our clients to make sure that our web design projects were fully supported and that our hosting packages had all the features required to create professional looking websites that had a growth potential including in the e-commerce milieu.

Over time we started selling hosting to anyone who enquired and soon enough it became an important part of our business. The fact that we were a group of web designers made us more attractive to the newbie or DIY designer because we happily shared our professional knowledge gathered from years of web design experience, as part of our regular support services. We often spent time visiting our clients and helping them setup their email accounts, ftp links and helping with their web design coding or layout problems too. Our main priority has always been a personal and friendly service offered by web design professionals. This sharing of knowledge proved to be priceless to our clients and yet was and still is completely free of charge.

Finally we decided to go online and offer our services to all the web designers out there who are just starting off or just need a bit of extra help every now and then. Our service is personal and in the future we hope to have our very own forum so that our support team can interact more regularly and informally with all our clients.

The only downside of our setup is that we cannot offer round the clock support telephone line services. You can however find us on Skype, MSN or our mobile support number for around 16 hours a day. This is because we do not employ telephone operators to support our clients, we employ freelance web designers who have personal experience of dealing with hosting accounts and web design experience and are still working on the frontline and learning about new technologies.
